Thank you for purchasing our courses. We strive to ensure that every learner has a valuable and seamless experience while exploring, evaluating, and enrolling in our training programs, whether online or in-person.

As with any online purchase, the following terms and conditions govern our Refund & Cancellation Policy. By purchasing a training course on the Are U Certified website, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the refund conditions outlined below.

Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training / Instructor-Led Online Training

Are U Certified reserves the right to postpone or cancel a scheduled event, or modify the location, due to unforeseen circumstances such as low enrollments, instructor unavailability, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, etc.).

  • If Are U Certified cancels an event, delegates will receive a 100% refund of the paid fee.
  • If a delegate cancels 7 days or more before the event, 10% of the total fee will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded.
  • If a delegate cancels less than 7 days before the event, no refund will be issued.
  • Any amount used for purchasing software, licenses, or server access necessary for the training will be deducted before issuing a refund.

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Training

  • If a delegate cancels within 48 hours of subscription, 5% of the total fee will be deducted as an administrative charge.
  • If cancellation occurs after 48 hours of subscription, no refund will be provided.
  • For third-party courses, a 50% administrative and cancellation fee will apply if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours of subscription.
  • No refund will be issued for third-party courses if the cancellation is requested after 48 hours.
  • Any amount utilized for software, licenses, or server access required for the training will be deducted before issuing a refund.

Refunds for Duplicate Payments

  • If a duplicate payment is made, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after customer notification.
  • Important Note

  • All refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of the refund request.
